(“Manufacturer’) warrants its Vibol Exhaust Vibration Balancer product (the "Product") us follows:

 Limited Warranty

Manufacturer warrants that the Product sold hereunder will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of installation by the Buyer. If the Product does not conform to this Limited Warranty during the warranty period (us herein above specified), Buyer shall notify Manufacturer in writing of the claimed defects and demonstrate to Manufacturer satisfaction that said defects arc covered by this Limited Warranty. If the defects are properly reported to Manufacturer within the warranty period, and the defects are of such type and nature as to be covered by this warranty, Manufacturer shall, at its own expense, furnish, replacement Product or, at Manufacturer’s option, replacement parts for the defective Product. The manufacturer will be responsible for shipping expenses. The installation of the replacement Product or replacement parts shall be at Buyer’s expense. The Buyer must retain a copy of the purchase receipt and the date of installation of the product on the vehicle.

 Exclusive Obligation

THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE. The sole and exclusive obligation of Manufacturer shall be to repair or replace the defective Product in the manner and for the period provided above. Manufacturer shall not have any other obligation with respect to the Product or any part thereof, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise. Under no circumstances, whether based on this Limited Warranty or otherwise, shall Manufacturer be liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Other Statements

Manufacturer’s employees or representatives? ORAL OR OTHER WRlTTEN STATEMENTS DO NOT CONSTITUTE WARRANTIES, shall not be relied upon by Buyer, relied are not a part of the contract for sale or this limited warranty.

Entire Obligation

This Limited Warranty states the entire obligation of Manufacturer with respect to the Product. If any part at’ this Limited Warranty is determined to be void or illegal, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.

This Warranty Does Not Cover:

Repairs due to accidents, misuse, alteration, storage damage, negligence or certain modification exceeding VöA specifications, are not covered by this warranty.

Non-VöA Supplied/Manufactured Components

VöA is not responsible for repair of components and/or assemblies, which are manufactured or supplied by another manufacturer, such as intake and exhaust systems. Such items may be covered by warranties issued by the manufacturer or supplier.

 Maintenance

VöA is not responsible for repairs due to lack of performance of required maintenance services or the failure to use fuel, oil, lubricants and coolant meeting VöA-recommended specifications. Performance of the required maintenance and use of proper fuel, oil, lubricants and coolant are the responsibility of the owner. Sec the Operator’s Guide for full details.

 Incidental or Consequential Damages

VöA is not responsible for incidental or consequential costs or expenses which the owner may incur as a result of a malfunction or failure covered by this warranty, such as communication expenses, meals, lodging, overtime, towing, loss of use of the Product or equipment, loss of time, inconvenience, cargo loss or damage, and other similar costs nod expenses.

 Other Limitations

THE FOREGOING IS IN LIEU OF ALL. OTHER WAR1~ANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Manufacturer does not warrant against damages or defects arising out of improper or abnormal use at’ handling of the Product, against defects or damages arising from improper installation (where installation is by persons other than Manufacturer), against defects in the product or components not manufactured by Manufacturer, or against damages resulting from mob non-Manufacturer made product or components. Manufacturer passes on to Buyer the warranty it received (if any) from the maker thereof of such non-Manufacturer made product or components. This warranty also does not apply to Product upon which repairs have been affected or attempted by persons other than pursuant to written authorization by Manufacturer.
